Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery

You can order Ferronato products on this website for delivery worldwide.  

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details and an estimated delivery date from the courier once your order is sent out for shipping. Delivery usually takes 2-10 business days, depending on various factors such as your region and the chosen shipping partner.

Need help with your delivery?

If you have any questions about shipping and returns, or your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to customercare@ferronato.swiss. We will be happy to assist. 

All Ferronato orders are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days at customercare@ferronato.swiss. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in line with our Ferronato Warranty (for full details, see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Europe, United States, and United Kingdom
Standard Shipping Method: UPS
Shipping Cost: Free of charge

Note for UK customers: Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Shipping Method: Swiss Post or UPS
Shipping Cost: Free of charge

Rest of World 
Shipping Method: UPS
Shipping Cost: based on order weight: 

  • 0–1 kg: 40 CHF*
  • Over 1kg2 kg: 60 CHF*
  • Over 2 kg and above: 80 CHF*

*Conversion rates may apply.

Orders shipped to the Rest of World may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & refunds

If you wish to return your purchase and ask for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition, with all original packaging intact.

How to initiate a return

To begin a return, please contact our Client Services team at customercare@ferronato.swiss.
We will provide step-by-step instructions tailored to your location.

Return exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective. This includes:

  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces, such as engraved or tailor-made items

These products are not suitable for resale once opened or customized and therefore cannot be returned/refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you should receive a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price within 10 business days.

Please note:
- Original shipping costs and any import/export duties are non-refundable.
- We do not currently offer exchanges for online purchases. If you have any questions or need support, our team is always here to assist at customercare@ferronato.swiss

Returns by region

Returns from Europe, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the United States
Return shipping for purchases delivered to the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Canada and US is free of charge, as long as the return is initiated from the same country where the order was delivered to.

To return an item, please contact our customer service at customercare@ferronato.swiss to initiate the process. You may use the prepaid return label provided by us to send the item back.

Returns from the United Kingdom
Return shipping for purchases delivered to the UK is free of charge, as long as the return is initiated from the UK or any country within the European Union. Duties already paid to customs will not be refunded. We will assist you as much as possible in following the correct process, through which no export tax should be charged for the return. 

However, as it is the national customs authorities that determine the taxes levied, Ferronato cannot guarantee tax-free returns or accept responsibility. You are responsible for any export taxes, should the customs authorities apply them for any reason.

To return an item, please contact our customer service at customercare@ferronato.swiss to initiate the process, and carefully follow the customer care team’s instructions.

Returns from other regions
Return shipping for purchases delivered to other regions is not free of charge. The customer will bear the costs and responsibility for returning the goods.

When returning an item without the prepaid return label, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method that covers the full retail value, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches Ferronato’s premises. Ferronato is not responsible for items returned that are lost, misdirected or damaged by a carrying firm of your choice. It is your responsibility to assume all of the risks for these returns, along with the expenses, insurance and transport costs associated with these returns.
