At Ferronato, every piece is handcrafted in Europe from carefully selected materials and Swiss-developed MetaFab® fabric. Thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted, each creation reflects a commitment to enduring quality, refined craftsmanship, and discreet privacy integrated within the very structure of the product.

Because we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, all Ferronato products are covered by an exclusive two (2) year global warranty from the date of delivery, with the exception of the Ferronato Nova Phone Cover, which is covered by a one (1) year global warranty (together referred to as the “Ferronato Warranty”).

At Ferronato, we are committed to creating products that are crafted to be enjoyed for years to come. As part of this commitment, we warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used and cared for in accordance with Ferronato’s care instructions, product manuals, and other published guidelines.

Warranty Coverage

If you experience any issue with your product due to a defect in material or craftsmanship, Ferronato will repair or replace the product within the warranty period. We kindly invite you to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@ferronato.swiss at your earliest convenience.

Upon receipt of your notification, Ferronato will carefully review the matter and, at its sole discretion, determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include the repair or replacement of the product. Should repair or replacement not be feasible, or would involve disproportionate cost, including where a product has been discontinued, Ferronato reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A full refund of the purchase price

• An alternative product of comparable type and value

• A partial refund while allowing you to retain the product

Any refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

What Is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic or aesthetic imperfections that do not result from a manufacturing defect

• Normal wear and tear, aging, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

• Damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions

• Repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by third parties

• Failure to follow Ferronato’s care instructions or published guidelines

• Damage caused by contact with substances or materials that may adversely affect the product

In particular, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from use beyond the product's intended purpose, including stretching a product beyond its recommended capacity or inserting devices or objects that exceed its intended dimensions. Such use may compromise the stitching, structure, or electromagnetic shielding properties of the product and is not covered under this warranty.

However, if a defect affecting the electromagnetic shielding function arises as a result of a manufacturing defect, Ferronato will repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided in accordance with the terms of this warranty.

Warranty Service

To preserve the integrity and craftsmanship of your Ferronato product, any repair covered under this warranty must be carried out exclusively by Ferronato. Repairs, modifications, or alterations undertaken by any third party may compromise the product and will void this warranty.

Statutory Warranty & Limitation of Liability

This warranty is a voluntary limited manufacturer’s warranty, offering you specific rights in addition to any rights provided under consumer law. As a consumer, you may choose to claim service under either the Ferronato Warranty or your consumer law rights. The terms and conditions of this warranty do not limit your rights under consumer protection laws.

While Ferronato integrates Swiss-engineered shielding fabrics to safeguard your privacy, we cannot anticipate all future technological developments and therefore cannot guarantee that our products will shield against all future electromagnetic technologies.

Ferronato is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failures, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

This Ferronato Warranty sets out the full extent of our commitments regarding our products. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Except as expressly stated herein, no other warranties, representations, or guarantees are provided.

While our products are designed and crafted with great care, we cannot guarantee performance beyond their intended purpose, nor can we warrant protection against technologies, systems, or methods that may emerge in the future.

Sensitivity to Certain Materials

A small number of individuals may be sensitive to certain materials due to allergies, hypersensitivities, or other individual factors. Some Ferronato products incorporate nickel as part of their electromagnetic shielding components.

While reactions to nickel are uncommon and are generally associated with prolonged and direct skin contact, such as with jewelry, individual sensitivities may vary. We provide this information for your awareness should you have a known sensitivity to nickel or related materials.
