Most Ferronato products can be personalized, depending on the material and design. When available, products will display a “Personalize” tag on the product page.
We currently offer debossing (engraved into the leather), silver foil, and gold foil personalization. Available options are shown on each product page.
Yes, where personalization is applicable, a preview service is available to help you visualise your chosen text, initials, or symbols before placing your order.
Yes. As each personalized item is made to order, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been confirmed. We kindly recommend reviewing your spelling carefully before completing your purchase.
Character limits depend on the product you choose. When personalizing your item, the tool will automatically guide you and prevent you from exceeding the maximum number of characters allowed.
We aim to process personalized orders within the same timeframe as our standard orders. In most cases, delivery remains within the estimated timelines communicated at checkout. Should there be any delay in processing, you will be informed immediately.
As personalized items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
